We enjoyed the baths very much. I agree, rent a locker but I didn’t find the pools dirty at all, just expensive compared to other things in Budapest. Two things I would recommend besides the baths and the things you mentioned – try an Escape Game (we tried two) and take a chocolate making class at the ChefParade cooking school. Two things that can make your trip very special.
