Interesting… and kind of shocking. I hope in future you don’t need to deal with comments like that too much – it’s bad enough that people think it, but it’s really disappointing that they would actually treat you differently based on their prejudices :(

I love the post. Of course, I too have heard some of these stereotypes but I take them all with a grain of salt! Having said that, even though I’ve heard of points 3 & 4. I’ve never heard of points 1 & 2! I think Nr. 1 is probably because of the “au natural” effect rather than being dirty. I consider Continental Europeans to be very clean and to take their hygiene seriously, unlike many Brits…!

As for being lazy and delicate. It’s not the same thing. I would say that French women are more refined. Certainly, far more than Anglo-Americans in general. With American ladies taking their personal maintenance seriously, leaving Brits and Germans, far, far behind!
