Hey Kerrie – yep it’s a lot of work for a rental. we’ve been in this rental for almost 4 years, ben longer. I put it off for so long but finally just thought i can’t keep living in a house that I don’t like the stuff in it! I mentally just needed a change!

The marine paint would also technically work for the floor but I’m not sure about the wear due to traffic.
