A washing machine will shake and sometimes intermittently leak unless the feet under the machine are leveled to match individual floor variations. It is a simple matter of using a wrench and a level. Same with refrigerators, they must be level too..most all floors are dippy and slanted to some degree. His cardboard leveled the machine temporarily …get Ben to do it right or you can..washing machines are not heavy or hard to work on. Also make sure the agitator is clean of hair too..just unscrew check and and clean if needed.
To live with less frustration in Asia, you need to become a do-it-your- self-er.
