Everyone and their mom has been to Tulum lately! It's definitely the "it" place of the last couple years, like Chefchaouen. We actually flew into Cancun and were coming here to explore Merida and the Yucatan but since Tulum was so close, I talked Ben into going for a couple days to recover from jetlag
