I’m so happy to introduce We Travel Far. I found them through a friend on Facebook and liked their page. I kept seeing cute photos pop up and eventually I reached out to them to see if they’d want to run a giveaway on Hippie in Heels. They were happy to!
“We Travel Far was created because as like many of us, we are inspired by the world and everything travel. To us, travel is anything from a “stay-cation” in your own city, to a flight around the world discovering the unknown and everything in between. Come with us as we create a community of travelers that want to express their individual style, share their travel experiences and make this already small world even smaller. ”
“We must take adventures in order to know where we truly belong”
“Travel. It leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller”
We Travel Far Products
I’d been thinking of getting packing cubes for a long time, but always have used old cloth laundry bags to separate my clothes and I wasn’t sure if cubes would take up more space. I opted for the packing bags (Spacepak one) which were so cute with little labels of options like: swimwear, lingerie, shoes, gym gear, wet suit, and laundry. They do have cute packing cubes too. I know lots of people who swear by those as well. The bags I got had differences to them which were very convenient, for example my beachwear bag had a secret pocket and little handles to carry it as a tote to the beach as well.
Here’s a before and after. I should have gotten more bags! I guess I know what I need to buy next time. If you want to know what all I pack when I take a trip in India here’s my backpacking India packing list & here’s my travel packing list (outside India too).
They’ve got all kinds of little organizational bags for the OCD in you. I love the men’s shaving kit that’s says “Hey Handsome” inside. Other travel accessories include a blanket, journals, luggage tags, re-usable water bottles, and soaps.
I loved the the bags came IN other zipped bags that could be used for something else. My beachwear one (I loved the bright orange) fit all my electronic bits and pieces. Perfect!
There were lots of bag options both leather and canvas. I chose the chestnut backpack and LOVE it. I can’t use it for my electronics because I need a little more support in a bag, but it’s great for day trips/small treks/beach days. Since it’s used for so many different things, it’s perfect to take on a trip for multi-usage. If you’re traveling within the U.S. the weekender duffel is so stinkin’ cute.

I love to have one…
Going to Amazing Thailand :)
I love nothing more than going OCD on my organising, especially when it involves travelling and my luggage. These would be amazing to have!
I just booked a flight to Thailand this February! I also have some time off in January, but I’m not sure where I’m going. Probably Cambodia and Laos?
Rachel,
As all ways your work and sharing is a inspiration!
Gois,Portugal
I’m so disorganized that I should probably buy these. I’m the obnoxious girl who has to dump out her purse to try to find her passport ALL the time. These are really cute though
I’ll be going to Niagara Falls/Canada and Toronto next just before Christmas.
My next trip will probably be in France
i would totally love these for my new years trip to krabi ! :D
I love the backpack! That’s definitely something I would use on my travels. I have been thinking about cubes for a while. I usually just put it all in and hope for the best when I start looking for things again!
I would like to buy a backpack from you when I can afford it.my next trip would be to the united states..hopefully..
Began following your blog recently while planning a trip to Goa and found many cool and interesting things to do/visit/eat out there… am in the middle of planning a backpacking trip to the Hornbill Festival at Nagaland (India) sometime around the end of the coming month… this travel gear would be a very welcome and timely one for the hiking trails and the rural stays out there… Really really really want to win it! :D
Fingers crossed!
I want to go to Hornbill festival too!!!

I love your blog Rachel! Reading your story was a breath of fresh air. I too am a nurse who has been infected with the travel bug and is frequently called things such as a “granola hippie” or “closet hippie.” I’m currently on a personal leave of absence from my job so I could spend some time traveling! November 1st begins my next journey.. First a few days in NOVA and NYC then off to my first trip to Europe! Exploring Croatia, Italy, and who knows where else for the month of November :-)

I currently live in Shanghai, but my next trip is home to the States for a few weeks in December, and then a week in Delhi chaperoning my students on a service trip! I love my packing cubes for huge trips, but I could definitely use some cute smaller bags for shorter travels. I also need a new backpack since the Shanghai humidity killed mine . . .
I’ve always been too cheap to buy packing cubes. But I know that they would probably make a world of difference for me. I’m literally the most disorganized packer! I love that these bags have labels. They’re definitely cute :) Very cool that the giveaway is open internationally!!!
These look so cute! It must be really satisfying to have everything so organised! I’d love to win. I usually use plastic bags! :)
The packing bags will solve the only problem I have with my backpacking backpack, so hard to keep it organized!
The chestnut backpack is indeed cute. I need one for day trip. I still have no idea where is my next destination is, but surely to the beach. So may need that beach tote bag and wet suit cube.
Hey Rachel, thanks for hosting the giveaway. Planning a trip to Dharamshala. Goodies much needed!
My next trip is to South Carolina

I’m headed to India in November. These would be so helpful!
What a brilliant giveaway! My next trip… It’s between Japan and South Korea, but is quite far away, as I am currently in the middle of some huge and rather exciting changes in life. Either way, they’re both places I find fascinating and I can’t wait to visit both.

I am going to ARIZONA! It’s getting cold here in Winnipeg and I still don’t think I’m properly acclimatized after the heat of India, so the 28C there will be nice. :D :D
I can always use a little help with packing type stuff, so hopefully the stars align for me with this giveaway!
Congrats Rachel & We Travel Far, the giveaway is awesome!!
I’m hoping to get this amazing gifts… I know how tough packing is, and definitely I’ll check out the website or some nice purchases…
